I would firstly like to say a huge thank you to Bridget Newton for all the help and support she has given me and for making things so uncomplicated. Recruiting sales executives for a company who have only ever used newspaper advertising to attract staff I knew I would have my work cut out convincing them to try something new. I met with Bridget and having discussed the various options available from My Job Group we settled on job postings in the relevant areas and a CV search. Everything was explained to me clearly and any questions I had were answered promptly. Although I was sure this was the way forward others were not. I have been dealing with the staff at My Bath Jobs for over 3 months now and have always been impressed at the speed at which they respond to my requests.They are always courteous, helpful and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble.  If you want to speak to someone and they are not available (which is rare), they will always phone back. 
The site is easy to use, the job uploading is without doubt the easiest I have come across and we are very pleased with the viewings and applications we are getting through, having already successfully placed both permanent and temporary staff.

Running a recruitment agency is an extremely busy and challenging role, one of the most important things to me is attracting the right candidates. I invest heavily into the internet as I see this as the main source of candidates moving forward.
