    A Senior Building Surveyor is needed for an up and coming private Practice in Yeovill.

    A highly professional building surveying practice offering construction & property related services across numerous Local Authorities, Health, and the Education Sector. They are expanding their Yeovil branch and the Senior Partner requires a number 2 Surveyor on board to work along side him.

    Their services include major refurbishments and new build developments of almost every size, property maintenance & repairs, and large volume improvements. My clients professional RICS qualified staff aim to provide efficient, experienced and personalised services on time and within budget that exceed client expectations. As a result of this 80% of their work is repeat business.

    The initial role

    • Working on a project management and employers agent maintenance scheme
    • Mentoring a Graduate Building Surveyor
    • General Surveying duties, i.e feasibility studies

    Candidate requirements,

    Ideally the successful candidate will have the following..

    MRICS Qualified
    At least 3 years Post Qualified Experience
    Good understanding of Employers Agent & Feasibility Studies
    Good with figures
    Experience in the Education sector would be a strong benefit
    Familiarity with Building Bulletins is also advantageous
    Health & Safety awareness
