EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY FOR A TEMPORARY COUNCIL TAX OFFICER
An established local authority is looking to employ an experienced Council Tax Officer to take a proactive role in developing the productivity of the department.
The client would like someone who:
- Has experience all areas of Council Tax Billing
- Can deal with any council tax administration
- Has an excellent telephone manner and has experience handling council tax queries over the phone
- Has handled customer complaints over the phone
- Is adaptable, motivated and able to work well in a team
Essential requirements are:
- Recent experience of using the system Academy and a DIPS system
Any experience of NNDR would be very beneficial, specifically RV amendments.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone to come in and gain invaluable experience, whilst becoming multi skilled and enjoying a friendly team based environment.
The successful candidate will be self motivated, with good communication skills and available at short notice.
