Are you enthusiastic and resilient? Then we may have just the thing – join our Outbound Telesales department where you will be supported and developed throughout your sales career.
We’re all about rewarding hard work – hence the reason why our basic salary is one of the most competitive around and the bonus scheme is even better. Your main duties will be to contact our potential customers to provide the initial quotation on either car or home insurance, with the view of securing them as a new Allianz customer.
Ideally you will have some experience in a sales role and be used to working to and achieving targets. Most importantly you will be a confident communicator with a desire to succeed. You will have the ability to build rapport with potential customers and to present our products effectively.
We currently have two types of contract available – permanent or 12 month fixed term.
For permanent roles the salary is £15,340. On completion of your first 6 months with us your salary will be reviewed and you may be entitled to an increase of £500, taking your annual salary to £15,840.
The alternative option of a 12 month fixed term contract with a salary of £17,500 per annum, plus the monthly sales bonus scheme.
Sales bonus scheme (paid monthly) and an annual performance bonus (service related).
