Administration. Bath.
The purpose of this role is to support the operational departments by performing administration tasks and making courtesy calls to clients. You will be responsible for entering incoming claim details on our systems, recording incoming claims on relevant spreadsheets and allocating claims to different operational teams.
We are looking for an experienced administrator, somebody who is computer literate and an excellent communicator. Having worked in customer services would be an advantage.
You must be available to work Saturdays 9-5 and Sundays 10-6.
