Helphire are a non-fault accident management company. We help drivers to get back on the road after road traffic accidents where they were not to blame. We then recover our costs from the at-fault drivers insurance company.

We’re currently looking for claims negotiators and credit controllers to join our skilled and motivated workforce who are responsible for dealing with an exciting variety of daily tasks in line with set targets and service standards.

Claims negotiators ensure the smooth recovery of losses following a road traffic accident using efficient negotiation skills in a swift, courteous and professional manner in order to maximize benefits to the client. Credit chasers actively chase outstanding cash by completing the required amount of outbound credit chase telephone calls with Third Party Insurers.
