Customer Services Advisor, part-time, Operations Department.

Helphire Group plc are the UK's no.1 provider of Accident Management Services.

Working within our Operations Department, this role is predominantly customer focused. You will be making the initial contact with the client to explain the services available to them. You will then continue to keep relevant parties updated on the status of the claim as and when it changes ensuring also that internal departments are kept informed. As well as taking incoming calls, you will be answering customer queries, arranging the inspection or repair of a client's vehicle and arranging the hire vehicle for the client with the relevant branches.

Excellent customer service and communication skills are key to being successful in this role as well as a flexible and adaptable attitude. Good PC skills are also essential.
