Senior Quantity Surveyor - Manchester / Liverpool main contractor - Industrial schemes

My client has long retained its place at the forefront of commercial property development and construction in the UK. Established some 25 years ago they have built up a strong and successful reputation. They now comprise of 50 active subsidiary and joint venture companies and employ a 700 strong work force.

During their period of growth they have, however, maintained their personable touch and for their current vacancy they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join one of their dedicated team of Quantity Surveyors.

My client specialise in a number of new build and design and build schemes across the North West including commercial, industrial and retail projects. Typical projects range in value from £3-£12m - most recently they have been awarded a £4.8m industrial contract for a local business park. For this reason you should have experience of working for a main contractor on similar sized build projects. My client are strong believers in career development so Quantity Surveyors or Senior Quantity Surveyors who are eager to progress their career are strongly recommended to apply.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will split their time between both the Manchester and Liverpool team so lots of flexibility can be provided along with an attractive remuneration package.

Salary circa £45,000 + car / car allowance, pension, heath care and bonus scheme.
