Full Description:
A Housing Options Allocations Officer is required by our social housing client based in Oxford.
The role is for 3 months, working a 37 hour week.

The role is to assess the Housing Options for clients threatened with homelessness, and to allocate properties to those with housing need. You will also assess a clients housing needs, and ensure the verification and validity of new applicants.

To apply you should have experience of allocating social housing properties, with a good knowledge of housing and homelessness legislation.
You should also have access to a vehicle, be willing to undertake a CRB check and ideally be able to start at a maximum of 2 weeks notice
