Job Description

A Health Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer is required to:

Develop friendly and respectful relationships with Residents.

• Enable Resident’s to maintain their well-being by ensuring that their needs are met according to their habits and lifestyles as specified in the care plan.

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond to the daily requirements of allocated Residents according to their individual care plan, habits and lifestyle.
2. Maintain the overall well-being and safety of Residents.
3. Enable Residents to maintain their leisure and social interests.
4. Welcoming and supporting new care assistants to settle in the environment.

  Skills, qualifications and experience:

 None required; extensive training is provided. Our staff can gain qualifications in care that can also provide further opportunities for career development in nursing, management or social work.
