Home Manager - SomersetRef: 970800PJ-£45,000An outstanding client in the healthcare sector is seeking an individual who is currently top of their game. They will reward well, but they need someone with vision and the desire to perform in a challenging role where you will lead by example taking steps to mould the opportunity to your way of liking. They are seeking an experienced RGN to manage a 60 bed Care Home in Taunton, Somerset which is a large, well established modern Home and provides nursing and personal care for older people. Do you have? - knowledge and experience of social and dementia care- excellent management, communication and interpersonal skills- experience of managing budgets - experience of and the ability to lead and develop a large staff team - Registered Managers Award or a willingness to undertake- experience of working in a large care setting- excellent commercial awareness- ability to contribute to organisational policy- valid current driving licence.It would be desirable if the candidate also had - previous experience as a Clinical Business Manager- Project Management experience- experience of implementing change- experience of developing services- management qualificationThe ideal candidate: RGN/RMA qualified with a solid track record.
