Job Description
We are looking for an ambitious, talented and highly motivated individual to take on the role as Pastry Demi Chef de Partie. The property is a luxurious hotel set in several acres of land, located in Warwickshire. The hotel has over 40 bedrooms and a restaurant which can serve upto 70 covers and large conference and banqueting facilities.
The Role:
Our clients are looking for an experienced Pastry Demi Chef de Partie to join this highly professional brigade. You will, under the direction of the Head Chef have responsibility for the production of deserts, breads and petit fours etc for the restaurant and occasional functions. Applicants are expected to have experience in a previous similar quality background and have a good attention to detail.

Qualification/Experience:
Previous experience working in the pastry section of a kitchen within a high volume, rosette accredited property is essential. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Chef de Partie with main kitchen experience with some exposure to pastry who is eager to learn and develop a career in pastry.
