Two Rosettes seeks Fantastic Chef de Partie and Commis Chef - Apply Now!

This great establishment in Stratford upon Avon has a fantastic multi awarded restaurant and is known for its great take on classic cuisine with a twist. The use of fresh and seasonal ingredients forms the foundations of this restaurants cuisine. The Head Chef is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie and Commis Chef to join the team and aide in the smooth running of

The duties of these Chef de Partie and Commis Chef positions include: * Maintaining the excellent standards of this establishment * Working with and supporting Senior Chefs * Prepping food prior to service * Cooking and assembling food to a high standard * Taking part in training and skill development * Aiding in the development of new dishes * Working on all sections as required by the Head Chef

The working pattern for these Chef de Partie and Commis Chef positions will be mainly straight shifts, within occasional variation. The position will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position will be hardworking experienced chefs with a passion for great food. You must be a sound all rounder with skills on all kitchen sections. You must be able to follow orders during a busy service aswell as working from your own initiative.
