Job Description
Enthusiastic and Experienced Commis Chef required for Modern Hotel Restaurant - APPLY NOW!
This elegant town house hotel situated in the centre of Leamington Spa is currently under new ownership and is hoping to progress and gain new accreditation in the coming year. Serving fine, British cuisine this restaurant prides itself of maintaining high standards and quality at all times.
Duties of this Commis Chef position include:
* Maintaining and helping to improve this restaurant\'s high standards
* Supporting senior chefs as required
* Preparing food prior to service
* Taking part in training and skill development
* Working effectively as part of the kitchen team
The working pattern for this position will be 5 days out of 7 as the business requires. Commis Chef will be reporting to Head Chef.
Candidates for this position must be confident and experienced with a full understanding of what the role of Commis Chef entails. Candidates must have a wealth of experience, a desire to learn and an enthusiastic approach to all aspects of the role.
