The Role:-
You will be working alongside the sous chef on the hot plate, the right candidate will also have opportunity to run their own section of this award winning kitchen. The role will require you to maintain Health and Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will be expected to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen as well as the production of exceptional cuisine. Your responsibilities will include training junior chefs.

Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar quality large hotel environment and be experienced in cooking to high standards (minimum1 rosette, preferably 2)and catering for large volume. You will also require NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent qualifications as well as a passion and enthusiasm to succeed as the opportunity for internal promotion does exist for a career minded individual.
