Job Description
This Outstanding Georgian country house hotel set in several acres of parkland and gardens are currently looking to recruit a Commis Chef. This stunning highly accredited property has fine dining facilities for 80 and private dining for 100+ covers.
The Role:-
As Commis Chef you will be responsible for supporting the head chef in the food preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic working environment and support the team in providing the hotels standards to the best of your abilities.

Qualification/Experience:-
You will require previous experience within a rosette accredited property. You will also have excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and progress.
You will also require NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
