Talented and Experienced Chef de Partie Required for Great Gastro Pub - Read on and apply!

This excellent gastro pub set against the stunning backdrop of Stratford-upon-Avon\'s surrounding area prides itself on its great cuisine, produced using the finest local, fresh, seasonal ingredients. This restaurant is extremely popular with returning customers and passing trade alike, providing consistently high quality cuisine at high volume.

This establishment is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the brigade.

Duties of this Chef de Partie position include:

- Maintaining the high standards of this great restaurant. * Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade. * Supporting senior chefs on all sections of the kitchen as required. * Preparing food prior to service. * Taking part in training and skill development.

The working pattern for this work position will be 5 days out of 7 as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this position must be experienced in top quality establishments with a full understanding with what the Chef de Partie role. Experience in Rosette standard restaurants is highly desirable. Applicants must be quality focused with a dedication to great results!
