Deputy Manager (RGN) - Bath We have a superb opportunity for a Deputy Manager at this nursing home set within the rural area of Bath, Avon. The home boasts excellent facilities, landscaped gardens & beautiful scenery as well benefiting from an excellent team environment and supportive management. Working for one of the UK\'s most established care home companies this role offers candidates a great opportunity to experience excellent support, training and career satisfaction. My client is looking for an experienced deputy manager or a registered nurse with previous management experience within an elderly care environment who are either looking to progress into a larger organisation or embark on a new and exciting challenge. Candidates must be registered adult nurses with an understanding of care service and delivery within a nursing home setting. Ideally you will hold the RMA/NVQ4 although as part of this companies commitment to staff training you can expect excellent training & career development opportunities. This role offering a generous salary in the region of £28,000 - £32,000 depending upon your management experience. A market leading benefits package will also be provided to the successful applicant. Easily commutable from Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet.
