Our client, a well established charitable trust that operate care services throughout the South West, currently require an experienced manager to oversee the running of their 14 bed care home for older people with learning and physical disabilities.
To take overall responsibility for all aspects of managing and developing a home that will meet the service users' overall holistic needs and aspirations and to show leadership and enthusiasm to develop and lead a team to provide the best service. To be overall responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of care. To be overall responsible for the management, development and assessment of all staff working within the home/project. To carry out the duties of the Registered Manager under the Care Standards Act 2000.
We require a qualified RNLD/RGN/RMN with a minimum of one year's management experience within a similar environment. The successful candidate must be up to date with current physical nursing care practices.
