Construction Project Manager. Wiltshire
£42,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Benefits + Car.
My client is a successful regional Contractor specialising in commercial refurbishment contracts throughout the South West with values up to £5 million. They currently require an experienced Project Manager to work out of their Wiltshire Offices on contracts in and around the region.
As the successful candidate you will be responsible for managing any one of their up and coming commercial projects valued anywhere between £500,000 and £5 million. You will be responsible for the managing of your site, as well as acting as an ambassador for the company as you liaise with Architects, Engineers and Clients. You will report to the Contracts Manager
With a proven track record in delivering projects on time and to budget of similar size and type, you will have come from a construction background, and be already working with a similar sized contractor. You will be able to use your outstanding communication and leadership skills to reach your goals.
