Client Services Administrators required to work for one of the UKs leading fund supermarkets.
Based in Bath you will be focused on carrying out general administration duties to support your investors requirements.
Responsibilities:
-To activate client accounts, process deals and issue contract notes
-To undertake that all new clients who invest in portfolios are correctly set-up onto the system
-To process customer debit card transactions
-To process dividends and highlight any concerns to the Senior Client Services Administrator or Operations Manager
-To process all CallCredit checks and highlight any concerns to the Senior Client Services Administrator or Operations Manager
-To follow operating procedures ensuring all checks are completed and relevant details verified
-To highlight any system issues to the Senior Client Services Administrator or Operations Manager
-To assist colleagues with day-to-day tasks
To take on any ad-hoc projects from the Operations Manager or Senior Client Services Administrator.
Qualifications
-Educated to a minimum A Level standard
-Completion or working towards an IAQ qualification (desirable)
Required Skills
-Previous experience in any of the following areas: Fund Administration, Transfers, -Reconciliation and Dividends.
-Previous experience of CREST
-Good understanding of Investment products (ISA/PEP, unit trusts)
-Industry knowledge and awareness of regulated environments
-PC Literacy and internet skills

Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 DOE
